This hotel is incredibly clean and fantastic, with a marvelous location and great entertainment for kids, plus well-appointed units that include a choice of English channels.

Swimming pools are perfect for going with children

The rooms are small. The kitchen lacks cooking utensils. They don't clean the rooms every day.

Excellent pool area, perfect breakfast with made to order omelettes, omelettes plus fruit. Well-appointed room and attentive staff from check-in to check-out. The location was comfortable, close to the beach.

The rooms are NOT cleaned twice a week. They make the excuse that water is a good scarce in the. Island... But it seems more like they're understaffed. If I go to a four-star hotel and water is a scarce commodity. At least make the bed and sweep the room. . The bathroom towels were torn and broken.

It's very clean, nice staff, taking care of the details, was my husband's birthday and they sent us a detail from reception... great.

They have to control a little more the subject of the ants...and we had many at night and they did not want to leave us the spray antihormigas. The timetable of the tb buffet would have to be extended, 21.30 is too early for Spanish time, it is too expensive for foreign people.

our recent stay in cala'n bosch was incredible! zafiro exceeded our expectations with their fantastic facilities and friendly animation team. the resort was clean, well-maintained, and had something for everyone. highly recommend and would go again!

Too focused on foreign tourism. I chose the hotel among other things because of the mini club and I couldn't leave my daughter because the monitors, although very nice, didn't speak Spanish.

very slow WI-FI. Actually wireless internet did not work during our stay. Air condition could be better. Mosquitos and ants...

The apartment we stayed in was modern and clean, with a great view of the pool. the small kitchen area was well-equipped, perfect for families with babies. the staff were amazing and the all inclusive food and drinks were varied and well-suited for both children and adults. the location was convenient, with the marina and beach just a short walk away.

The location of the bouncy castle and slide climbing frame near the reception area seemed crowded and potentially dangerous, especially during the evening shows. the timing of the kids show also seemed a bit late.
